Can you qualify our welding procedures and welders?
Yes. We prepare and qualify welding procedures, including coupons and testing, and test and qualify welders to them.
Do you do FEA for lifting equipment?
Yes. We analyse frames, skids, lifting baskets and lifting points, including maximum load and blast load conditions, and produce the calculations and drawings.
Can you heat treat on site?
Yes. We have carried out in-situ pre-heat and post-weld heat treatment since 2014.
What is VR welder training?
Trainees practise with virtual reality headsets before welding real coupons, which builds technique faster and saves material.
