Reference standards
NDT equipment is only as reliable as the standard it is calibrated on. We make reference standards in-house by EDM.

Which standards do your reference standards follow?
We make them by EDM, with notches and side-drilled holes, to ASTM, API and DS-1 requirements.
Can you plate zinc alloys?
Yes. We have offered copper plating of zinc alloys since 2025.
Do you design custom inspection tools?
Yes. We design and make gauges, fixtures and tooling for specific inspection jobs, and have fabricated aerospace tooling since 2022.
